Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of meshhubgear.com and every purchase made through it from MeshHubGear. Browsing the store or submitting an order means you accept them. If any part is unacceptable to you, please do not order.

Who may order. You must be 18 or older, or of legal age where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. Orders may only be placed for personal or ordinary business use, not for resale, unless we have agreed a reseller arrangement with you in writing.

Listings and prices. We aim to describe throughput figures, port counts, coverage estimates, standards support, and compatibility accurately, but listings can contain typographical or specification errors and are not warranted to be error-free. Coverage figures quoted by any manufacturer are laboratory estimates; real-world range depends on building materials, layout, interference, and your internet service, and we do not guarantee a specific speed or coverage area at your address. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Where an item is listed at a clearly wrong price or specification, we may cancel the order even after confirmation and refund you in full.

How an order is formed. Submitting checkout is an offer to buy, not a concluded sale. We may accept it, decline it, or limit quantities — including where stock has run out, the delivery address cannot be verified, or fraud screening flags the transaction. The contract begins when we dispatch the goods. Any payment taken on a cancelled order is refunded in full.

Payment. Payment falls due at checkout through the providers offered on the payment page. By submitting payment you confirm the method belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it. If your bank reverses a payment after dispatch, the goods remain ours until the balance is settled.

Network compatibility is your responsibility. Our hardware operates alongside equipment and services we do not control. Before ordering, please check that the product suits your internet plan, modem, and existing equipment. Contact us first if you are unsure — we would rather answer a pre-sales question than process a return.

Firmware and software. Any firmware, mobile app, or management software supplied with a product is licensed to you by its manufacturer under that manufacturer’s own terms, not sold. Nothing here transfers ownership of it. Flashing third-party or custom firmware is at your own risk and will usually end the manufacturer’s warranty cover on the unit.

Site content. Text, layout, graphics, and photography on meshhubgear.com belong to us or our licensors. Personal browsing is fine; copying, scraping, or republishing material commercially without written permission is not.

Acceptable use. Do not use the store unlawfully, probe or interfere with its infrastructure, attempt access to areas you have no right to reach, or supply false identity or payment information.

Disclaimers. Warranty cover is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy and on the relevant product page. Beyond what is stated there, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the store and the goods are supplied “as is” without further warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability. So far as the law permits, MeshHubGear is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost business, network downtime, or data loss. Our aggregate liability on any claim is capped at the sum you actually paid for the item in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law. Nevada law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Clark County, Nevada, and both sides submit to that jurisdiction.

Changes. We may revise these terms; the version posted here at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
