Privacy Policy
MeshHubGear the online store at meshhubgear.com, where we sell mesh Wi-Fi systems, routers, access points, range extenders, network switches, and related home and small-office networking accessories. This page sets out what we collect from visitors and customers, why we hold it, who else touches it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Using the store or checking out means you accept what is written here.
What we collect from you. Placing an order requires a name, a delivery address, a billing address, an email address, a phone number for carrier notifications, and the contents of the order itself. Emailing support or filling in our contact form gives us whatever you choose to write, plus your reply address. Card details are typed into our checkout provider’s secure fields and travel straight to them — full card numbers never reach our servers or our staff, and we cannot retrieve them for you.
What we collect automatically. Our servers and cookies log an IP address, rough region derived from it, browser and device type, referring page, and which pages of the store were opened and in what order. This is ordinary web traffic data. We do not scan, log, or read anything from networking hardware you buy from us; a router purchased here sends us nothing after it leaves our warehouse.
Why we hold it. To pick, pack, and deliver orders; to email order confirmations, dispatch notices, and tracking links; to answer support tickets and process returns and warranty claims; to screen orders for card fraud and chargeback abuse; to keep tax and accounting records we are legally obliged to keep; and, only where you have ticked the box, to send occasional product emails you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link at the foot of each one.
Who else receives it. We do not sell personal information and we do not rent mailing lists. Order details reach our payment provider, the shipping carrier handling your parcel, our hosting and email vendors, and — for a warranty claim routed upstream — the manufacturer’s service department. Each receives the minimum needed to do that job. We will also hand over information where a subpoena, court order, or law requires it, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or protect someone’s safety.
Cookies. Cookies keep your basket populated between pages, remember preferences, and let us count visits. Your browser settings can block or clear them; a store with cookies blocked may lose the basket at checkout.
Keeping it and deleting it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, though no internet transmission is ever perfectly secure. Order records stay with us for as long as tax, warranty, and dispute-resolution obligations require, then are deleted or anonymised.
Your choices. Write to support@meshhubgear.com and you may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where no legal duty requires us to keep it, or object to marketing. We answer within the period the applicable law sets. Nevada residents may direct us not to sell their covered information — we do not sell it, and that request is honoured on the same basis. California residents may exercise the equivalent access, deletion, and opt-out rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Children. This store is built for adults; we do not aim it at under-13s and do not knowingly keep their information. If you believe a child has given us details, tell us and we will remove them.
Updates. Amendments appear on this page with a revised date at the top.
